O/T pilgrim lounge

with summer approaching i thought i'd check out the diary of the pilgrim lounge to see what saturday night entertainment is coming up

i've got to say it's very disappointing

unless you like soul and motown you may as well give the pilgrim lounge a wide berth as thats all they're offering

i'm sure there are many people who like this sort of music but wouldn't it be better if they mixed it up a little to attract those who,like me,are currently avoiding the lounge

am i being unreasonable here?...........does anyone else mildly agree with me?

Not been unreasonable as i noticed the same, But on the other hand for some reason Soul and Motown seems to be a big seller and ticket demands are high

I would imagine it needs to strike a balance betwen variety and bums on seats.  If soul/motown fills it up then it must take precedence over less popular turns that perhaps wouldn't?
