Lincoln 10k Barefoot!

Whilst watching the better half run this morning I noticed an ex Utd player doing the run barefoot!

He managed to do it in 45:51!

Thats a novelty, because I never saw him break sweat in a Boston Utd Shirt....... :o

If you're ever considering barefoot running then click on the Instagram link and you'll quickly have second thoughts!

A rather crazy idea to try to boost fundraising, but it's for a very worthy cause, so all credit to him for giving it a go. Hope those blisters heal quickly.
