I fail to see how a football ground serving a small minority of the population can lift the profile of the Town. And aren't we in the 21st century?  ::)

This is Boston, let's not be too ambitious!

We are, but is Boston as a town? Maybe it needs dragging through the 20th century still, before it can enjoy the 21st.

How about the new jobs this development creates and also the 11,000 people each month that the club involves in the community programme? This town needs bringing into the 21st century and this is what we need.
11,000 thats brilliant!

my granddad says let DN build what he wants at wyberton,,
then let him bulldoze either side of bostons high street  and redevelop.
when that's done let him have a go at west street.
then he would qualify for a knight hood for sure.

What I would like to know is when BBC are going to change the name of West Street to East Street.
(No explanation should be needed)

The hopefully unfounded rumours of the stadium being powered by wind turbines have upset a few apparently  :-\

If it's a flood risk area BBC would find it an ideal place to locate an evacuation centre in case flooding occurs again. I think they shot themselves in the foot when they used the PRSA as such when someone realised that it was on a flood plain.  ::)
