Pilgrims web site

Does anyone else find our website really poor? every time I try to listen to an interview I get other non descript talking from other reports over the top, making it impossible to follow the interview I want to hear. I think I'll just forget our website in future, great shame. >:(

It's down to video adverts that have been added to the pitchero web sites. You can stop the video advert by finding it on the page and clicking on the stop button in the toolbar just below it. It's a bit of a pain but I guess it helps bring in a bit of advertising revenue.

  • I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request.

I'm getting used to it and think it's vastly better than most other clubs.  Those premiumTV ones are impossible to navigate.  The Pitchhero app is ace too.  Our local grass roots team use it too for all their age groups with options for parents/players to log in it is great.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Thanks Ken, that's solved the problem for me and the video is now clear.  Will just have to remember to do it everytime.

Thanks Ken, but I do switch off the sound on the ads when it lets me, but a lot of the time the ad disappears but the sound keeps on, so I have no way of turning it off.

I use Firefox, with Adblock Plus, which has allowed me to block the bloody things...

when you click to watch the video it opens a.new page.but the last page is still running. You can then get rid of the first page if you like
