Can only assume Mills was a bit of a panic signing to appease many on here who were moaning about the delay in making some early summer signings, anyway hope he succeeds at Lynn and they keep him. As for Indy yes he would be a good signing but with the pressure off a little I am sure that the manager will have someone in mind be it a front man or midfielder, decisions to be made but as the manager clearly said at the weekend he cannot consider a £300 a week front man to sit on the bench so a good utility player may be considered and Indy would probably fit the bill if he is fit and willing.

I think was obvious greene wanted him out and realised made a mistake in signing him. I would say he would be one of higher earners so maybe will make room to add a couple more and maybe this will help us in the long run. Not a bad move by DG in my view.

Excellent news. Well done DG.  Have said it before bad reputation poor player
Not sure about this - but what bad reputation is this? Only bad thing I can see is that DG signed a player obviously by mistake - all a bit strange.

What I saw of Mills (and it was only brief and he was probably easing his way back in after injury,) Mills appeared to be a point and blame footballer.  Maybe with match time he would have started to chase around and combat, but I didn't see any of that in preseason.

We've had a good start, why carry a passenger if we don't need to.  If he goes to Lynn, gets fit and comes back stronger, then thats great as he is still our player.  If he doesn't then at least it isn't our first team that is lightweight in the process.

I,m surprised no one has said anything about the twitter fall out between mills and timms before training tonight got a bit personal towards the end from mills so dont think he will be back here after that.
