Timms retweeted Duncan from the standard saying the pink shirt isn't registered with the conferenc for home games or something along them lines

BUFC registered the grey goalie top as the "home" goalie top before Timms announced he was going to wear pink for charity and the Conference have now said that as that was the registered home top Timms can only wear pink at away games. Political madness!! Especially considering it is for a good cause.

Beggars belief doesn't it?
Obviously not to much going on if they can worry about this, particularly as you say it's for charity.

Pathetic excuse from the Conference! What about Ash wearing pink gloves or boots at home games?

More likely a warning rather a fine on this occasion. Agree petty decision and money raised was for a good cause.
BUT have we not learnt yet that these football Committees are bound by red tape. Perhaps, we should have asked or told the League that our goalkeepers are wearing pink at home this season rather than just go ahead and do it and get their backs up again. Thanks to the Evans regime, we have to remember we are not a popular club within the Conference and committees WILL pull us up for infringements whenever possible. :bunny

Farmer: "I've got 100 cows."
AP: "Well, I've got 104 friends!"

Yet Keepers regularly wear a Orange or Yellow shirt at our home games, often with black trim?

It's a crazy world we live in folks.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Last season Staines Town keeper wore pink instead of the registered sky blue in order to raise money for breast cancer charity.  BSS issued a warning which would be followed by a fine if the infringement continued.
