Usually, at the Conference AGM a team is reprieved due to the problems of another. It was rumoured that Aldershot may be shifted into Conference South due to being in admin, but they have been given a 10 point deduction instead. Anybody reprieved, is said to have won the AGM Cup.

How is Aldershot's situation different to ours when we went out of the FL and got put in BSN?

They maybe paying football creditors, we didn't. hard to say without knowing. Or they may just have a more secure plan for the season ahead to get throu it. Althou we was taken over in time our season still looked a bit dodgy as chestnuts hadnt got time to put a plan together intime for AGM

According to BBC Sport yesterday Aldershot owe £300K to football creditors . 
Thought we had to clear our football debts before being permitted to enter into a CVA.!!!

Don't you mean they've won the AGM Cup? They were relegated from the BSP normally.

No, they lost it. If they had won it, they'd have been kept in the BSP via a reprieve.
