2013-2014 start dates

Does anybody know when next season begins? Trying to plan an holiday in USA and dont want to miss the start.Just hope the nutter in korea doesnt press the trigger before then!

The first round of Football League fixtures for next season will be on August 3rd.

This might prove to be no help whatsoever, but Blue Square North and the Football League did start on the same date for the season we are currently in. I can't imagine there'd be any significance next year, as league versus non-league pre-season friendlies and county cup competitions will need to be accommodated.
