Yes, prices set by Gateshead and not the Newt.

Looks like oap season ticket holders are being ripped off by Gateshead! £10 entry for season ticket holders or £9 for non season ticket holders OAPs!

In a way, its a shame their game vs Grimsby (last night) wasn't reshceduled for thursday so Grimsby would come here.
They'd have took 500+ and there'd have been nearly 1000 there.

but with these 2 teams and the prices, I doubt they'll get more than 250

No, but someone left the floodlights on until 10-30pm. Seems wasteful for a cash strapped club.

Gateshead should be paying the electricity bill  ???
Maybe the club could apply for planning permission for 4 micro wind turbines, one on each corner of the ground would generate 20kW of renewable energy, enough to run the floodlights for a couple of hours with minimal disruption to local residents  :o :dan
You can get them put up for free nowadays. These companies even pay for the planning application and do all the work.
The planning department lets it through in order to reinforce it's green credentials, the company gets its government subsidy, BUFC burns off all the renewable lecky...everybody is happy...apart from the local residents, but they don't seem to matter according to Boston Borough Council  :dan

Could you please send me the web site of this company please. Sounds too good to be a bargain.

It is too good to be a bargain...its scamming the taxpayer to the tune of ££££s, and its going on all over Lincolnshire  :-X
The local press are too busy looking at the big wind farm situation and stories about Star Trek costumes going missing  :o

Well i went. Didnt seem to be any thing between the 2 sides end to end stuff mainly in the air. All long ball. Gateshead had the best chance headed over from about a yard out. Quality of ref no different, Basis in my opinion against Gateshead. Booked several of their players for little or nothing. Wonder if the fact that he came from Lincoln made any difference! (league table positions). and all that. Poor turn out probably because of the gate price. Someone being greedy. Still a nights entertainment.  ;)
