He's a good player. Was never a fan of DG playing him left back, but sounds like you guys would use him as an out and out winger. Strong, Lacey and can finish as well as delivering a decent ball.

Sounds like a good player but am surprised that their has been a bi-lateral agreement from club and player to tear up his contract with just 8,9 weeks left of the season, but welome Mr Jacobs

Just a word of warning, whatever you do please dont read these forums! There are too many people on here who simply wont accept that there are any decent players in the leagues below us and signing players from lower down the pyramid is simply not acceptable! ;D

Though on reflection I am wondering if that hugely mooted opinion doesnt count now, and after even more reflection only really applied to past managers anyway, and now because we (thankfully) have had two utterly superb results on the bounce it suddenly means DG is already a proven messiah and we as disciples are just drooling over his undoubted Midas touch ;D

I thought they had a winger that scores goals?  he was sank, but he scored goals for them.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

I believe it's due to a clause saying that Greene can not sign any st neots players this season. Don't think he turned us down.

That can't be true. Unless I'm mistaken Greene wasn't employed by St Neots at the point Boston appointed him. Therefore they would have had no bargaining power to insist on any clauses.

I think it was agreed when he left his final year contract last summer that any team he managed this season couldn't sign players from st neots.

If his contract was ended, then he wouldn't be a St Neots player...
