At least the club saved some money through not having to pay Silk whilst he was suspended for the three matches. It's probably the best thing Dreary actually did for the club!

...well apart from his pay-off to cancel his contract

Not all our players are on contracts, as you should well know...

He did last night. Maybe it was an  excuse used  to justify his release, who knows?
