"We’re not prepared to accept a decision we believe to be grossly unfair.”

It might be unfair but it is in the rules... and as we've learnt they should stop moaning and get on with it.  The appeal will be a massive waste of time and money for them with absolutely no chance of winning.

I hope it dont get over turned. not down to the fact i dont like them or not but down to the fact that we were comming out of it and the notice was given before the deadline. however has the i and e was not dotted it doesnt matter weather your going in out or shaking it all about. if its a rule it shouldnt be bent

if you go into admin nowadays then you can expect to go tumbling down the divisions

I'm pleased for the fans but I'd now like to hear a decent justification of why our appeal was turned down.

I agree mate, if there is some important piece of information we're missing then fair enough.  Otherwise I think we should all start writing letters!

Not surprised at all, about time we had two codes in football as there is in Rugby, then we would beable to dis-associate ourselves from the crap at the FA!!

If the FA hadn't turned down our appeal last season and we had remained in the Conference North with a 10 point deduction like Northwich, then I reckon that with last seaon's squad there's a pretty good chance we would still have ended up in the Unibond this season!  :o

Weymouth appears to be slipping deeper into the doodoo by the day. At this rate, we could be back into the Football League by August.
