I think the opposition of both mentioned camps is equally as bad albeit for different reasons
Those who hate Drurys appointment suggest and use phrases like, 'Clueless' 'out of his depth' 'Zero motivational skills' 'Chav' 'Gobby' and considering what he do to our club the worse insult of all when some compare him with Evans!
But with what evidence, with what reasoning?
Drury might be a clueless manager, out of his depth and incapable of motivation, only time will tell on that one, but at what stage do opinions become facts, because they are most certainly stated as facts. It's also a preposterous adamance, as his CV and those who claim to know him, all suggest he is none of these things even if with our own eyes the woeful performances we have watched suggest otherwise
But equally annoying to those who feel manners and neutrality should be common place, and unless of course you have the intelligence off a coriander stalk is the inane dribblings from Drurys disciples who whilst perfectly entitled to their opinion share them in such a absurdly biased way that even ten year olds would struggle to gvie them creadability. They may feel they are doing Drury some kind of a service, but they're not they are just annoying and worse giving more ammunition to the people who for some strange reasons hated him before he even arrived. Stop it!
We are all adults, and though it took me years to start posting on here (am really enjoying it now by the way) and I just want to see sensible debate, opinions, advice and even solutions not petty squabbles and insults isn't there enough of that all around us as it is?
