It does seem quite obvious, from the outside looking in, that the budget has been cut since Drury came in.

I'd imagine Jelleyman was one of the higher earners? You're also bringing players in from lower leagues as, i suspect, they're all you can afford. You wouldn't be the first to cut a budget when there's not a sniff of promotion, with a view to saving it for the season after, and you won't be the last

Thank you ,     What part of the world to you come from and who do you support ?

Peterborough and Peterborough, with the odd surjourn to Stamford, Deeping, Yaxley etc.

Nice you've a sudden interest in BUFC!  8)

Not all that sudden - grew up in Lincs and came to quite a few games during your first game in the league. Have followed your fortunes ever since you cheated Dagenham out of a place in the league.

Christ, no. I'm only 32.

What prompted me? i guess i'm a Drury supporter from his time at Stamford. Always did well there and always spent every penny of his budget, which leads me to believe he's doing exactly the same now, hence high(ish) profile departures from your playing squad.

Nothing exciting happening at Posh then if Stamford entices your interest .    Graham said he was happy with his budget here .

No doubt you go on Stamford forum ,  can you recall sammyj making postings on it Mid - Dec 2012.?

Saving the money to use on next years budget! Dont think it works like that does it? If thats the case lets get rid of the coach/CC and use the money for next years  budget!

With Boston about to make a season loss again you are correct there is no way on earth this would be the case because whatever gets saved out of budget goes to covering loss.

Lets put all the posts from Mr Dreary`s trolls to one side and face facts as BUFC supporters. Surely it is time to put the "manager" out of his misery, he is so far out of his depth it is not true.

I feel so sorry for Mr Newton, who seems to have done anything he can in his power to rebuild our tattered and tarnished club and now he finds himself saddled with this incompetent, hapless loser.

You haven't seen Shauney on your travels have you, only he seems to have gone missing for a day or two.

Just wondering who we'd appoint in the very unlikely event of DN relieving GD of his duties?

Lets put all the posts from Mr Dreary`s trolls to one side ......

Well sorry TM, but I think it's actually quiet important not to do so. The process in this type of posting phenomena is to encourage what you suggest!  ;) Should you put it to one side it becomes the norm and then the regular posters become assimilated to the idea.  8) It's a manipulation over a period of time adjusting the majority viewpoint. ie: tampering with your stance to make you or a group seem strangely out on a limb, bit like Scouse Pilgrim feels  ;) Think divide and conquer  :) Manipulation by splitting groups of people united is a common ploy. The posters of old should really take lessons from the shite regime of past, they were expert at this and the wounds of it are still felt by some fans here today. I admit they seemed to use other extraordinary methods to make fans tow the line also!  8)

surely you'd want someone with experience of mixing it with the playoffs/promotion or actually going up from the BSN.

That said, whilst results this season are getting worse, as long as we do what we should (mid table) from here on in, give him next year, no excuses.
I don't want us to become a joke club and have a conveyor belt of managers each season. Just grit your teeth and get behind GD and the team, 2 home games with this doom and gloom atmosphere are the last things the players need.

How about Jason Lee ,  his sh*t was better than Drury "improved " team !
