I thought it was first question

1) How tall is he?

2) How strong and athletic is he?

3) How far can he throw it?

4) Can he kick it?

I suppose the age question was another way of asking if he is old enough to have experience  apart from a miners welfare team. Can he play a brass instrument for example. When I was at school I was 6', athletic, always won the competition to see who could throw the cricket ball the furthest but was crap at football. Lets hope he can play football and be a good assett.

If he can only kick a ball as far as he can throw it, then he can't kick it very far. Still, look how many goals a crap Stoke attack score from long throws.

A wide-man is usually a right or left-sided midfielder. Any other positions you need help with?
