Do any of you guys collect BU programmes or know of anyone that does?

I have a few that may interest someone?

I've got some lovely mid 40's Trinity Lincs Cup v Us from The Northolme, not for sale I'm afraid and some pre war as well.

I'll just throw the name of Mike Alexander into the forum. Featured for BU in the NPL first season then moved over to Trinity.
Prolific striker for both teams....bit too early to make comparisons with young Mark Jones?

I met Mike in the Blues Club a couple of years back....he had brought in his programme collection of when he played for Trinity to pass onto the supporters club.
I know you guys had a good scheme inviting former players back as match guests, Did Mike ever attend one of these....just out of interest?

I bought a couple of seasons worth of NPL programmes all signed by Mike when he played for us and sold them on e-bay last year, got a couple of quid per programme and was happy at that

Yes he did...and, of course, it was whilst a BUFC player that Mike won the Anglia Sports Personality of the Year (when Boston was in the Anglia TV region before it was switched (amidst protest) to Yorkshire)
