Housham really does want Jones. An ambitious club who has scouts visiting their club and watching their players with potential. That is what he told BBC Lincoln. I hope he lets them down but at the end of the day its about money and we haven't got any, apparently. If he does stay perhaps a little financial bonus for displaying loyalty would be appropriate. Perhaps they didn't tell him that one day the bubble will burst and silly money will be re directed to other projects.

Think one thing that has not been mentioned here is the large budget cut that trinity have been told to expect at the end of the season, Swan is doing the right thing by bringing trinities wage level and budget to what the club can afford next season.
Nice to see the right thing been done but i am sure this means that any player would only be  took on for the rest of the season.

Play offs are a big possibility for them and even going up but with nothing in place yet to support the extra budget that would be needed the next few years could be tight Not a crash and burn but just a tight few years

As for scouts we get just as many if not more at Boston

Disagree, miele. Jones has already netted 3 under GD and his footballing world seems to have taken an upturn. It may be just coincidence or it may be down to the manager, only the player can answer that one, but he main thing is that he is improving, scoring goals and raising the profile of Boston Utd FC  :)

Gainsborough are 3 pts ahead of us.  If we beat them in our return match - we will be on same number.
As I have already mentioned they're season could adversely be affected by catch up on games.
