Anyone know why Willoughby Road is, or was blocked off with cones and Police tape from Hospital Lane to Bargate Bridge?

A cyclist 60 year old woman got knocked off her bike by a car junction of willouby road in a bad way airlifted to notts hope she pulls through best wishes to her
