Also time to mention a reminder the debt we owe Neil Thompson for setting up the academy which as grown into one that puts many bigger clubs to shame.
Must be a great encouragement for the players and Steve to see the manager embrace the youth and reserve teams .
Early days yet but Lee has 4/5 players in sqaud through these avenues , .
Its a shame some shortsighed fans cannot see this as the way forward for clubs like ours ,
