Kern Miller...

... is a goner.

What sort of player do you think we should be going after with the funds this has freed up?

Hmm, surely there must be more to this. We only have 2 other centre backs so there must be another reason to releasing Kern. I think it has to be another centre back that comes in, preferably an experienced one.

We have another C/B Lee in Munn ,  but what i saw of him pre-season he is not good enough.
By the way Miller is going by the time he,s 23 he will have had more clubs than Gary King and Ricky Mjller but together.

Kern Miller is clearly trouble - you only need to look at how many clubs he's had with so few appearances to see that.

Lincoln City fans said he was trouble when we signed him and it seems they were right - you don't get left out of the squad altogether like yesterday purely on form.

Obviously more to it than just form which from the times I've seen him wasn't very good anyway. Personally sooner see Wardy there so pleased he's gone.

Didn't like the fans raising their criticism of him during the Workington game - as poor an attitude as I've seen from a home player in recent years

Stinking attitude, he'll find his level at Lincoln Moorlands.

The question is though, what did JL see in him in the 1st place?

Well if JL has got to keep shouting at a player to mark his man after a few minutes of the game @ Oxford City first goal the player is wasting BU time.

As predicted here after the Sleaford Town game, thought he may have a temperament problem hence so many clubs. Maybe gives a route into the team for young Sturman as cover for Ward and Stainsfield?

nice to see a ruthless side from Jason--well done

however why did he bring him here in the first place?

you could see his attitude was poor and very casual.

At least JL has acted quickly and we need to get another central defender asap.

I hope it makes several other players in the side realise that if they have a similar attitude they will also hopefully be gone

Time of season when fans at most clubs start asking that about some of the managers signings !!

Probably not a mistake, more a calculated gamble that did not pay off, but sensibly not chasing losses and calling time before it becomes a major problem.

I'm guessing he was on non-contract for this very reason by the sounds of it.

You'd have to wonder why a 20yr old would have been at so many clubs you'd hope the club wouldn't tie theirselves to him with this question mark over his temperament!
