In SWD we have a player that couldn't cut it at Telford and struggled to get games on loan at Buxton.  Don't believe the stats.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

He's overrated, 1st season (09/10) he was here Newsh scored no end, and 10/11 we heavily relied on Pearson popping up in the box at times.

Totally agree, he's quite a big name at this level (don't really know why) so people always says he's our best player and automatically insist he's 'quality'... when reality is newsham's a better finisher and stats prove it

Newsham has 58 in 128, SWD has 41 in 96.

If the ball fell in the box for a one-touch finish, I'd prefer Newsham on the end of it. If the ball fell to a man just on the edge with his back to goal, I'd prefer SWD on the ball. They are different kinds of strikers.

Newsham played 40 games at left midfield

In the 10/11 SWD only scored 14 in a team that was utterly fanstastic and finished 3rd in the league

11/12 Newsham scored 21 goals in poor team that finished 6 points above the relegation zone

And newsham has scored plenty of beauty's from 18 yards and never fails with a 1v1 - SWD couldn't finish a 1v1 if his life depended on it

He scored in every game he played for Buxton.
