Town end gate

Through out this season the gate has been locked between the town end and Spain Road. Bizare as it is our own supporters in both sections, but anyway whilst standing in the spain road stand and after the town end has emptied.The gates have been opened to allow fans out at the town end to save walking down to the sports bar and back again on the outside of the stadium. This week however after the town end emptied the so called stewards would not open the gate causing several specators to hurl abuse at the stewards. These were not youths but adults just wanting to go home and safe 5 mins walk. Why did the stewards not use common sense and just open the gate? They made themselfs look stupid. Power gone to their heads i dont know. Under orders maybe. Common sense No they had none.

Opening the gate is only instructed from the other end of the ground, They open it without been informed by the york street end office it will cost them there job at the ground.

was probably because they could see how crap the ref was and what an arsehole their manager was so didnt want town end down there shouting at them!
