I,m taken aback by the "gentleman " bit ceamboy .  If that was a accurate discription you know I would soon vacate that part of the ground .     The problem is Ken none of us know who would do a better job .    No easy answer look where quick sackings have got Imps and   Grimsby .  Being a good business man Newton will realise this and I would think  after yesterday he will be putting pressure on the managers to up their game and adopt a different strategy.   Can,t anyone suggest who they would like for manager ?

I was directly asked so how about Mark Cooper.

Will get nowhere at Kettering, has a decent track record, appears to have contacts, and not long ago was being touted by Lincoln

And before foot in mouth and co start making stupid comments how about something constructive from them. I expect I will have a long wait.

Best to check what sort of budget he needs Dave .  Go on the Darlo forum they will be pleased to tell you about a bsp player he signed on £1000 a week .

Well we certainly don't want Ferguson or Wenger - Scholes and Henry coming back?  Haven't they got any contacts?  They only sign players who've been there before and are over the hill etc etc

We need to get enough points to be safe asap, then build for next season.  Positives from this season so far - Ward breaking through, Ross coming back, Milnes showing promise and Newsham getting back to form and fitness.
Biggest negatives - playing a back 5 with a combined age of about 180, defence being porous without Alan White, having to rely on Jason Lee for any attacking threat, Canners looking as though he's at the end of his playing days.

We all know the financial position, and we need to do something soon to get the crowds back, otherwise it could finish us off.
