We have got a japanese ref for Saturdays match as part of an exchange.

We may even get a penalty!.................. cant be any worse than what  we have had latley.

Good one!  Our away supporters are doing a crash course in Japanese until the early hours.

Saw this explanation for the 2 refs coming over:

"In conjunction with the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL), the English FA have linked up with their Japanese counterparts in a bid to raise standards."

Hope the Japanese standard is already higher than ours - and that it is our standard that is to be raised!
