We may not be in a position to fight for a top 3 place, but the playoffs are still a genuine posibility. Well done lads.

Todays result proves out squad is not strong enough.Canners,White,Lee and Jellyman must play everyweek unless we have quality replacements!

Wasn't just a win today - we mullered em especially second half. 3-1 flattered them if we'd of scored 6 or 7 it would have been a more realistic scoreline. Best performance of the season IMO, that is the standard we now need to achieve on a regular basis and we'll not be far off.

Sleath and Semple were the stand-out performances but also must mention Whitey who seems to steady the whole back 4 no matter who plays in the other positions. Is now a very big player for us this season, again IMO.

Well done today lads the perfect response to last week.

Really good day out today, cracking little village, how the hell they managed to get into BSP is a miracle, as for the game the first twenty mins of the second half was the best i've seen Boston play this season, Semple seems a completely different player when we go away, maybe doesn't have the moaners from Spayne layne on his back all game, skinned the left back everytime and his crosses were superb. Back four were loads better, Stainsfield particularly impressed me, obviously having White and Canners back helped him considerably even so thought he fitted in brilliantly. Out of interest we weren't playing their youth side were we, they looked an extremely young side?

They are a very young team, Its there managers way, He puts bases is team on young players and likes them to pass it aroun, He told the fans a few weeks back that if it wasnt what they wanted he would be happy to step down as its the only way he wants to manage, Credit to him

get real everybody.

yes it was a very good win yesterday, and well done to all, but we are miles from the finished article, and I still am concerned we have not played one of the top teams except Altrincham of course.

the trouble is that some posters have head in the clouds optimism, and others like me try to look at the position realistically, but hey that means we are morons and moaning idiots.

time will tell, but dont get carried away with this win. The one really good thing is that despite, in my view, of us currently being a below average Utd team we are still 7th in the league, so if we do get it together we can still have a good season.

Still need to finish better in front of goal. Sounds as if we could have scored 8 today-- but we didnt

That's right mate - moan even they win  ::)

We were just saying well done for winning yesterday- nothing else.

I think that to bounce back from a drubbing the week before is worthy of a little praise. Go on, try it for once. FFS.

Take 6 out of a side that looked ok and we get BATTERED, Put 6 back into the side and we come away with a win.

Me thinks Altrincham was a blip due to messing around with the team. We rely too heavily on aging limbs but if they can all stay fit and we can hang on to the tails of the playoffs, a bit of form at the right time and we might surprise a few people.  We're not gonna push for the top, but we have been terrible and still look like a decent side if you look at the league table.

It's a good year to be indifferent and still get something at the end.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

I suggest that you take yr own advice.  All I said was well done for winning yesterday.

You then post a load of yr usual stuff about being miles away etc. My point was a simple one, and I get a reply from someone equally simple.

Truly, truly pathetic.
