It appears he is leaving after seeing a numer of Tweets from members of the squad

Good player, but too flashy for my liking

Showed signs of brilliance, but we couldn't afford to carry people on an off day with the way we were playing.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Confirmed on the O/S that he has gone. Did ok in spells and good go on to be a very good player if he is well coached and improves aspects of his game. Maybe the lad could make it as pro at Conf Prem level if someone takes a chance on him, the lad is certainly strong enough andd quick enough.

Always a bit of a strange signing given the travelling involved.Good luck to him for the future.

Was never going to be a long term arrangement - just not possible to commute that far 2-3 times a week and not feel the effects.  I don't know about his personal circumstances or work, but he needed to move closer if he was going to be an effective signing.

From what I've seen, we won't miss him too much - he is capable of flashes of brilliance, but rarely tracks back so it's like playing with 10 men when you lose the ball (9 men if Semple is playing as well).  Better to have a 'team' player who might be less talented but more reliable - in this league, hard work can go further than flair.

Thanks for the 3 points on the opening day, Kevin, and good luck elsewhere.

No doubt he will sign for another BSN club and come back to haunt us later in the season!
