At home? EEk banana skin, would have preferred pub team away.  The moaners will have a field day if we're not 3 up in the first 10 minutes.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Home to Kidsgrove Athletic.

Is that the team we beat 6-1 when TT was in charge here?

See my post further down on page one. It was 6-0.

Surely this is the type of draw we want at this stage of the competition at home to a team to leagues below.

Got a good feeling about a good run in the cup or trophy this year.

Oops sorry AJH, I can still remember the comical sixth goal they conceded.  :)

Wasn't there a bit of bad feeling last time we played them?  Their manager had said something in the local press about fancying their chances because we weren't that good.  When John Rowan scored he ran over to their dugout and threw a copy of the newspaper report at them.

They seem to have the same manager - wonder if he'll say the same thing again (if he watches us, he might!)

I remember this 'paper incident'. something to do with a note slipped into the home changing room by someone from Kidsgrove. Can remember the Kidsgrove dugouts getting all angry about it too  ;D ;D

Was that also the game where a couple of Kidsgrove fans got ejected because they kept taking rolls from the toilets and throwing them onto the pitch?

If this game was to be priced up now I would expect it to be something like:

Boston        1/8
Draw           6/1
Kidsgrove  12/1

If we can't turn in a match winning performance here I think serious consideration would have to be given to some changes in the management structure.

We will win.

Blue Square have now priced this up:

Boston         2/7
Draw            7/2
Kidsgrove     7/1

I'm surprised we're not shorter.
