A1 closed at Waternewton until mid-day on Saturday. Waternewton is just west of Peterborough, and so this probably won't affect people travelling from Boston. But it does affect anyone travelling from the Midlands or further north! The best alternative I've found seems to be the A14 and onto the M11, but this has added about twenty miles to my journey!

If only it wasn't an early kick-off!
