Can't say i can remember him being at Corby last season, but after giving his blog a quick glance he does sound the type who has a point to prove and wants to get as high as he can, hopefully hes not one of those 'Big-Time Charlie' type who have the skill but don't use it enough and look like they CBA, but as alot on here have said we'd rather have young up and coming players than, old journeymen looking for their last good £

hopefully hes a good signing and i'll give him as good chance as anyone to impress me like i do anyone else to pull on the Amber and Black shirt

Onwards and Upwards !

A bit underwhelmed with that tbh.

Think he was part of the influx of players that saw Corby plummet down the table once their money man died and the players on big bucks left.

Not particularly excited but I doubt JL/LC would've made this swap if they weren't pretty confident Fairclough is a more solid full back, especially given retaining Cully would've also kept more of that core squad/team spirit together.

Reading all his blogs as well as looking at his youtube video, he looks pretty decent. I'm sure he's better than Cully, has a point to prove, and seems to really want to play professional football again. Sounds good to me.

correct, going by his blog, it seems he lives in West Bridgford, just near the City Ground.

Sorry but I'm getting a bad feeling about next season........

Another 'lazy' signing IMO, I'm worried we're going to be filled up with cast offs from Forest's and County's academies. At least the lads who H&S brought in were proven in a very good Ilkeston side, it strikes me this kid is not in the same class.

Prove me wrong please

Not impressed by this at all. Hope hes a good player but again doesnt seem proven or  played first team at a club for six months or longer before being moved on!
