Pearson or Church for me again same as last season, we've got a great team but these 2 really do stand-out IMO also when hes been fit i think Jellyman has been very consistant

last season Newsh (SWD this season) could have won it with his 29 goals but i think players like Pearson and Church stick in peoples minds more because of the way they play

Pearson or Church for player of the season, and whoever scores the wining goal to take us to the conference for player of the Century.

I'm going for Jelleyman for the same reasons as Pilgrimlady77 although Pearson has been outstanding too

Sleath has had some brilliant games. Most of them big games too.  The last couple of games he has been outstanding and carried Churchy when he has been struggling a little.

Don't belittle someone who has been in intregral part of everything good that has happened in the last two years.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

So many to choose from, thats why I would vote for the whole team, including those players who have moved to pastures new. If I was to pin anyone down for Player of the Season though I think Canners would get my vote. Solid as a rock and someone to bond the rest of the team together.
Second choice would be Pearson because lets face it, he's bloody good.

It's been a strange season in that a lot of the best performers haven't been available for large parts of the season.

Pearson struggled with injury for a while but started well and is finishing well, Jellyman likewise, Murphy's been out for half the season, McKeown was superb but likewise only here for half the season, and Haystead has also excelled but for even fewer matches.

For me it will have to be Pearson.  He has scored the winning goal in 3 of the last 4 home games - that's 6 extra points on its own.  Without his goals, we would probably be outside the play offs challenging for 5th place.  Add in the games where he has kept us in it with his defending and he has been the difference between mid-table and play offs.
