because they are not proven yet, the next 6 league games and the playoffs may change that. But i expect that the club has been flooded with interest from some high profile managers either out of work,operating in the media or have exsisting contracts until the end of the season, then they will go into a hat with the others.

Craig said on Twitter that there was "no chance" that Drury was the favourite. Think he's just decided to throw some weight behind any possible move himself, perhaps just to raise his profile, perhaps to negotiate an improved contract at Corby. I don't know.

Ryan Semple also added "you gotta be shittin' me Craig"  :D

What about Scotts brother from Brentford if we go up? We could hunt down ex Wednesday striker David Hirst and it would be like nothing happened? :)

Dont know, i was advised by someone close to the club that they had received numerous enquirees for the managers role and that the ex Barnet manager had applied and S.Thompson and A.Scott were mentioned amongst the names.

To be honest if our current pairing get us to the promised land, i think they will deserve a chance.

I live near Barnet at the moment, and he was pretty much the reason they're going to be relegated this year, he did a really bad job, and we are quite similar to Barnet so thats a no from me.

We're similar to Barnet? How? We are one of the best supported teams in our league, and they aren't... he did a fantastic job with Grays, and also at Stevenage. Only since managing in the Football League has he been unspectacular...
