Supporter's Direct Survey

I've been sent the below link for a survey by Supporter's Direct on how fans see their clubs.  They appear to have picked us as one of ten clubs they are surveying.  Not quite sure why they sent it to me and not someone within the Trust?  All returns are anonymous, but a breakdown of opinion will be sent to the club on request.
