Will they get the same treatment we did or will they bottle it with so little to go to the season (if they make it there)
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

If they sort out their licensing issue then they will stay in the BSP i reckon, they have had ten points deducted already.

They're back in CVA again now so in the farce that is lower league football, does that mean they lose another 10?

Chester City will be ok because they are not called Boston United. Their company voluntary agreement was sorted before the 2nd saturday in may allowing them to avoid the drop to BS North that Boston suffered. However the taxman made an appealed against this, as they would only get 15p in the £, and won. Basically they were still insolvent on the 2nd Saturday in May. I suspect all the FA will once again prove to be inept.

This might be of interest.

It seems a little more than tax dodging has been going on...

Thats a interesting read, and it does sound similar to the dark days.

A cleaning bill of £11,000 a week made me laugh though.

Well Vaughan Snr and Evans were always good friends.  And presumably the new Director, Stephen Vaughan Jnr is the one that used to play for us as well.  Doesn't surprise me at all unfortunately.

-25 points but get to stay in the BSP, I understand they STILL need to sort out their HMRC bill and their cva TWO days before the start of the season.

Second saturday in May rule  ???

correct me if i'm wrong.

Both Boston and Chester go into administration following relagation from league 2. Boston's new owners work with thier creditors to try to agree a CVA.  Chester's owner manufactures extra debts to his or his familys companies. This reduces the tax mans debt to below 25% therefore making his objection to the CVA irrelavent. The old owner pays off all the debt via a CVA for 15p in the £, a nice deal all done before the 2nd saturday in may to comply with conference rules. The taxman smells a rat, challenges and over turns the CVA. Therefore Chester are still insolvent, remember 2nd saturday in may rule. The FA/conference however choose to ignor all this and still allow them to stay in the conference. Oh yes remember Boston United demoted 2 divisions in 2 years whilst trying to come an honest deal with their creditors including the tax man.  Correct me if i'm wrong

Well the appendix E rule is now completely dead as there is no way the conference can enforce it now.

Im sure all clubs are glad to see the back of that stupid rule. The conference is a mess, needs a leadership change and new rules.

Especially Dennis Strutwick, he annoys me so much, acting all arrogant and trying to take the moral high ground, in responce to us he goes -

"Well the FA ratified it so they (Us) should ask them instead"

You kicked us out and not Northwich you stupid dick.
