Just heard this video on youtube,  As an fan of senior years I think it is pretty good, Just one slight problem, I thought the fans were trying to get away from the  "yellow " and were wanting it to be the "amber" theme now, Myself I like the  " Come on you Yellows" its been echoing around York Street since I first went in the mid fifties.

Even on the antiquated system we have, I still think this is by far and away the best option for a run-out song.

An anthemic, up-lifting, driven and a detemined tune.

One to pump the blood.

And given that it's actually got BOSTON in the title, it works.

Thats a great song by the Dropkick Murphys, a good one for the run-out  8)

Black and Yellow has been banned from some radio stations in the USA due to the rivalries over the Superbowl. The Steelers are unpopular due to their success, but they won't be too bothered about that if they beat the Green Bay Packers tomorrow  :dan

Come on you Yellows!!!

Black and Yellow topped the charts in the US and its had over 46 million views on youtube... thats 41 million more views than U2's Beautiful Day  :o
Our music sponsors should give it a spin at half-time, might add something to the 'matchday experience' that David Newton is keen to improve  8)

Is this yours? Don't think its mine
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

My musical taste goes from Opera to Abba, so its obviously bad!  ;D
I never usually listen to Rap records, but this one would add more to the atmosphere than some of the stuff they played at half time at the last saturday home game:-

Adele wailing 'We could've had it all'  arrrrgh! I've got some of her stuff, but that track is music to slash your wrists to  :o

and, as the players ran out for the second half, Eliza Doolittle singing

'Don't worry, there's no doubt, there's always something to cry about'
'Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and bury them beneath the sea'
'I don't care what the people may say, What the people may say about me'

FFS!!!!!

HMV....Matchday Experience!!...Your 'aving a larf!!!!:o
