Saturday's scheduled Blue Square Bet North contest between Stalybridge Celtic and Boston United has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Could be a gods send in disguise in truth, dont think Stalybridge is a team really that you would want to be playing with a make shift back line.

Gutted it was off as we were also half way there on the train. Took in Bolton v Wigan in the end, decent 0-0, new ground to tick off the list, so not a bad day.

For decent read BORING! In my opinion anyway.  The banter between the fans was the most entertaining part for me!

For decent read BORING! In my opinion anyway.  The banter between the fans was the most entertaining part for me!

The first half was pretty decent i thought, second half not so, but either side could have nicked it.

We eventually found a train back to Manchester after being terminated at Sheff, pleased we went to Bolton though, new ground 'n all.
