Haven't heard anything but I'd guess he means a Morrisons being built alongside the new Stadium to help fund it, but I may of interpreted it wrong.

Doesn't seem a good place to me
 The Club need the ground to th the West of the town ..to reach out to the rest of the country
 That is is if they plan that the Club will aspire to playing in  the National Leagues again ?
  It would take out of town Boston fans at least 40 mins ea way to reach the ground from the station .
     Maybe we are after the title of Englands most  inaccessible  soccer  ground  !
