...... and what made Radio 5's coverage even more sickening was the way Mark Chapman was fawning over Evans after the final whistle - I think he even called him 'gracious' for thanking 5 for being there.  Ugh!!!

Hope I don't sound bitter and twisted!

Nice find Stumpy. Some interesting links to the story too. It seems a fella called Stephen Evans was Appointed as director on 27 Jul 2010 of  Prospect Estate Holdings Ltd.

Prospect Estate Holdings Ltd, the company which own the club. Cosy!  :o

I don't think much to their registered address, not very glamorous  1 SHANDYS CLOSE, HORSHAM WEST SUSSEX better than on Wormgate though!

Unsackable?
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

From the Crawley Observer, published on Tue Apr 01 2008.

The company that has taken over Crawley Town are Boston-based Prospect Estates Holdings Ltd.
The Lincolnshire firm, officially registered only today, now control the Reds' purse strings.
Manager Steve Evans has firm links with Boston after guiding them to the conference title in 2002.
Speculation had linked both Evans and other Boston money-men Jon Sotnick to the buy-out deal. A claim strenuously denied by the Crawley manager and the club.

and, eight days later...

Former Boston United money man Justin Rushworth helped set up the Crawley Town consortium, the Observer can reveal.
Rushworth was club accountant at the Lincolnshire club and also
brokered the deal between Boston FC and holding company Lavaflow shortly before Reds' boss Steve Evans became manager.
But Evans insists the man who used to control the purse strings at his old club is simply an accountant who helped open Prospect Estates Holdings Ltd last week.
The Observer understands that Evans put Jarman in touch with Rushworth
after the SA Group set a Tuesday deadline to have rid of the club.
Evans said: "Phil Jarman was responsible for setting up a holding company for the shares and decided he didn't want to use previous accountants and asked us if we knew anybody who could form a base.
"He's (Justin) got nothing to do with it. He's got about 300 businesses that he's opened for people, that's what he does.
"People will find that Prospect Estates will be coming to Sussex in a few weeks and it's not going to be remaining in Boston."
He added: "Justin is just an accountant like any other accountant.
"There is no connection with Boston United."

Even the latest "I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue" was recorded in Crawley :(
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

I'm not an expert on companies, but looking at Prospects Holdings records, there are only two directors, Evans and Jarman - the other two listed left as Evans started in July last year. Anybody better than me at understanding this?

I thought we had left him and all his crap in the past but alas here we go again. It is time any talk of him and Creepy was banned from here.

Although we seem to upset some people by referring to past happenings, it's part of our history.

If the Scots can still go on about Bannockburn after all this time, I don't see why we should forgive or forget a major happening in our recent history. We might as well forget about Wembley 85, 6-1 against Derby, or Jim Smith and co.

It would appear that there are sufficient people who still wish to comment, and the title of this posting gives a very strong clue to its content.

If you're not interested, why bother to read it?
