I seem to remember reading in one of the Boston newspapers that the winners of the Brigg Town vs Boston United county cup tie would face Lincoln United away, and that the tie would be played in pre-season.
Have I imagined this?
I can't see anything on the official site in terms of forthcoming fixtures, and Lincoln United's own official site doesn't mention it either (albeit their's is very out of date).
I don't want to count my chickens just yet in case we don't get past Brigg, but does anyone know when the Lincoln match would be played? We're running out of dates if it is to be pre-season.
