Adam, thanks for my Trust renewal notice, just one small gripe.  My membership cannot be due on 6/21/09 as there is no 21st month.   

It's bad enough with those damn Yanks ruining the peace of Turnberry with incessant shouts of "Get in the hole"

There should be an asterisk alerting you to the fact it's American style!

I'd like to have it in the proper way, it's dd/mm in the database but I can't work out how to get Word to stop converting it!

I presume your regional settings are set to Engish (UK) in the control panel (I presume you are running under windows).
