But they've also picked up Richard Pell in the close season, solid lad - held his own against Bournemouth then Blackburn in the FA Cup with Blyth a couple of years back.  Hope we can turn Blooms inside out as we won't get much change going down the middle.

And he comes from Swineshead doesn't he, Swineshead Pilgrim?

He may be clean, but a far better player than our new donkey from Ilkeston

Just catching up on others thoughts from last nights game and was thinking to myself how well we as supporters took the defeat, putting it into context etc. then i spot this!

So a centre half of a defence which started the season with three clean sheets and helped a side sit 4th after 4 in a league we just got promoted into is a donkey?  Well in that case lets sign a few more!

Must be a wind-up by Chelsea , any one else apart from Chelsea that would prefer "Captain Clean "in place of Murphy?

I've like the look of Murphy when i have seen him this year - commanding and a good backline to allow Canners to go back to right back as i felt at times last year he defended in the centre a bit like a full back (understandably) especially when balls were played through the middle.

Let's do what we did last year after a defeat, get back on the horse and win at Harrogate.
