Last time I looked the USA was the biggest source of internet fraud, so not dealing with them looks a safe option for BUFC to me!

Whoa, c'mon now. There's no way Evans hasn't committed more internet fraud than us, unless he doesn't know how to use a computer.

Well I am hoping the new shirt is availbable before I leave for uni, otherwise I will have to send it home and ask them to send it here.  How about PayPal? That is secure and anyone can use it?!

Just spotted this article in today's Independent:

PayPal may not be quite as secure as you think!

....sounds like user error?  The guy had the same username/password combination for multiple systems.  how many Patterers have the same credentials for Patter and Paypal?  Your password is only as reliable as the weakest system....if Patter gets hacked as happened a while ago with the gay porn outbreak.......

I've always recommended having multiple passwords...two can be enough.  One for low risk systems such as Patter, EBay etc and another suitably complex one for high risk systems like Paypal.

Paypal now also offer a one time password solution with a Verisign token (like my Ironkey)....keeps out all unwanted transactions including the wife!

Caveat Emptor.
