Andy Butler's Wife - sad news
« on: July 30, 2010, 06:08:44 AM »
Unfortunately Lisa passed away last night . I'm sure his many friends around Boston United will understand  posting this here  . Our thoughts are with him and the familly at this time .

From Andy;

I'm really sorry to wake you up to bad news but Lisa passed away last night, she had a massive heart attack and this time there was nothing they could do.At present I'm numb and not up to making a load of phone calls so please accept this instead. Thanks for all your support over the last few weeks for us, she took great comfort in knowing she had so many people who cared about her, its just so sad, I'm heartbroken.

Lisa is my niece and I know that messages like the ones on here will mean a great deal to her family and especially to Andy. Thankyou so much.

My condolences  to Andy and family.

   It's especially sad when someone  dies  or endures a  long and serious illness at a young age ..

I've only spoken to Andy on a couple of occasions and found him to be thoroughly decent bloke.
Its impossible to imagine why someone like this gets dealt such a terrible hand.
My thoughts are with you.

I've spoken to Andy a few times and i've found him a very decent bloke. I never met his wife but my heart goes out to him and his family. Terrible when you lose someone so close to you and being so young too.
