if you are on the web.  Hopefully some of the connectivity issues we had on Friday will be sorted...  Hope you can tune in if you are not attending York Street.

Half-Time and it's 2-0 to Boston.  Davidson with a header and a neat curling shot from Yates.  Looking comfortable.

looking tight at the back, butcher not really be tested too much in either game but think we should have confidence in him

midfield looking as good as ever, and we look to have a few goals in us and thats without newsh ! only pre-season and too early for predictions, but if we can keep up the momentum carried on from last season we could find ourselves doing well this year i think

but time will tell

Difficult to tell from friendlies but looking good so far.

Grantham matched us for about 30 minutes and I thought we where in for a tight game. But from then on Grantham couldn't really live with our fitness (even from that early in the game). One thing I did notice on Tuesday is that we passed the ball much better than last season, sign of things to come maybe? That's not saying we didn't pass the ball well last year but we looked for a man virtually every time on Tuesday whereas last year we tended to hit it long a fair % of the time.

The defence looks more solid with Murphy in at centre back and Canners seems more comfortable at right back. Milly did well when he came on again and must surely get some sort of deal? Hunter is a raw talent but with the right direction (which he'll get from H&S) I think could become a very accomplished player. Lastly Danny Davidson looks like a different player, much leaner and faster. It was his tracking back that led to our second. The hardest thing is going to be who is left out, decisions I'm pleased I don't have to make!!
