But Fatty McFraud was trying to sell him to a Championship side, what a year or so ago... ;D

Still young, local and from a league or two above. Surely he would fit the bill to give a trial to?

If he signs for Holbeach his career has really gone, only just over a year ago Ipswich and Reading were bidding around £75,000 for him. I would love to have Jamie back but seems he is going to join albeit his local club barely even a part-time club!

Personally think Jamie Stevens would be a better bet than Canoville. Would think there are question marks over LC as since Nott's County he seems to have tumbled down the leagues and despite the lesser standards he doesn't seem to have played much for either Grays, Halesowen or Gainsborough. Same can be said of JS I suppose, As far as he is concerned last I heard was that he had put a bit of weight on and Crawley let him go to Northwich, who subsequently loaned him to Ebbsfleet. How much of the gaining weight was a smoke screen because of other issues between Stevens and Ev*ns  ;) I don't know.

Either player if they where half the player that left Boston would more than do a job in this league but it depends on other factors like fitness, confidence etc. I have confidence in H & S to make the correct decisions for the club though so if they don't sign either or both then they must have good reason.

if there any truth in the rumours of stevens and hocking traning/signing with them

if they do sign them alongside rowan , by the looks of yesterday which i know was only a friendly i dont think they will have a bad team could push for promotion maybe

im not gonna say too much because i never go and see them but thought id say that
