According to todays Echo,Churchy is to sign up for another season at YS.He says it was always intention to sgn,only delayed because he has been revising for upcoming exams.Great news he's staying.

Churchy said that the only reason he didn't sign before was because he was concentrating on exams, maybe Mikel Suarez could be in the same situation as he is also a student.

what about SWD?  He said in the Echo that he was to sign and wants to stay but nothing announced as yet?

So SWD  and Liam have now signed - that completes an excellent week for the club with just Mikel outstanding now.

Think Mikel might be moving away from the area, if he secures a new job.

Really pleased to see Parker and SWD have both signed new deals. Hopefully Suarez will be back but sometimes part time players have to move club depending on the location of their full time job. It never became public but Tommy Taylor offered locally born and youth international Pell a contract he had to sign for Alferton and then Blyth due to work commitments.
