Anyway has anyone else wondered why they didnt repreive Cammell laird?

Now we are going to be running a team short because they demoted someone who didnt finish in the relegation zone, what comes around goes around as they say

They didn't reprieve Cammell Laird because they broke the membership criteria and lost their appeal..
