You said it yourself on a thread earlier in the week, Churchy makes a massive difference to the team - the work him and Sleath put in today was tremendous, as always we competed with them which then eventually allowed us to play our football. I do think we have took it easy in the previous couple of games as well due to them games being relatively unimportant.

Was a very similar game to the Nantwich home last year, close for around an hour then one team running away with it, though this year it was the right team  ;D

Edit: Also thought Woods had his best game of the season so far today, has improved greatly as the season has worn on, but then so have most of the players.

Pivotal moment for me today was Pearson's goal line clearance which would have given them the lead!! >:( Think our guys woke up then and realised they had actually got a game to play and a team to beat!! As well as Church and Sleath thought the Newsh had a very good game.

P.S  A few people were  moaning about Aaron's kicking on Tuesday!? Well what boots did Tom have on today ::)

Agree about young Woody too.

Shows how far we have come from this fixture last season.

Terrific.

Yeah I agree with Church and Sleath doing the hard work in the middle of the park it allows our wide men and top two to attack openly. We look alot more solid and a much better side with them two in the middle

After the first goal we played like a side that has won 12 of it's last 13 games against a team who haven't got too much to play for this year - fantastic job done on Natwich boys!!

BU on the up!
