Ken, that is a lovely photo.
Jack has had a fantastic day, loved every minute of it and he was singing away in the YS stand!!

Anyone think the ref was a little card happy today - for a Unibond ref ? Apparently he was being assessed from the stand by a former Premiership official.

Todays person in fancy dress has obviously never played football himself. Card happy for the benefit of the assessor. Not surprising that when someone shouts foul the man in black looks for the chicken. We appear to be in a situation where nobody  wants to be a ref so lets appoint anybody who can read, football experience not needed.

We seem to get on better with the card happy ones than the let the team kick anything that moves and don't say a word.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

I did see in todays Non League Paper that our good friends from Retford wre at it again.Six booked, including everyones favourite No.6 for a two footed lunge, while the lovely Mr Duffield berated the referee all the way to the dressing rooms at full-time........
