Brilliant game with a great atmosphere. The reporter on Radio Lincolnshire after the game was extremely enthusiastic about the ground, the team and the atmosphere, urging more people to go and support us.

It sounds as though you're all hoping the worst will happen so you can gloat and indulge in a bit of schadenfreude.

It must be Greg who runs the Folk Club.

Has anybody thought of selling off squares of York Street turf at the end of the season? I've a patch on my allotment that's crying out for one. (Metaphorically.) Even if, say, we only sell 50 at £5 a time it would still be worth it.

It would need a tremendous amount doing do it, not least the toilets which would be totally inadequate.

It was great to see so many activities on the pitch at half-time. A lovely atmosphere.

If you think we moan a lot you should have heard the home supporters at Spalding's match yesterday. Mind you, it was a very uninspiring game and they are heading downhill fast towards relegation. (I only go if neither Boston teams are at home.)

Agreed! Town are on a good run at the moment and deserve the support. Anyway you might get to see miele's dad's tractor.

The B-Ark / Boston Town

There was a large contingent of Pilgrims' supporters to watch third from bottom Town play third from top Deeping yesterday and we were treated to a superb hard fought match, with Town drawing 1-1. We saw one of the most audacious goals of the season and one of the best goalkeeping performances, both from Town. Let's hope both Boston's teams are on the up.

There's an interesting article on the BBC News website at the moment showing what proportion of EU workers we use from various industries.(www.bbc.uk/news/business-45720390). Food and Drink for instance uses 25%, while Health uses 5% which I thought would have been more.
