He was enjoying a pint in the bar at half past one obviously having done everything possible to prepare his team

Please confirm, was Greene really drinking alcohol at 1:30pm before a 3pm KO? Or have I read this wrong.

Thank you.

A £10 double on both outcomes would bring you a nice profit of £8,000. :)

That's about as accurate as the side of the Brexit bus.  At what point were either of them at 28/1, the minimum odds you would need for your outcome?  Unless you're referring to a bet placed about ten years ago?

A theoretical £5 treble on Lecicester to win Premier league,
Brexit & Trump (at largest odds available at time) would have paid over
£22 million.

I'd guess so, works starting week after next

Any updates on this? Has work on the actual stadium itself started, or is it imminent?

I find it strange there hasn't been more publicity about the stadium itself from the club, but there could be good reasons why there hasn't...

Can the work start until the 106 agreement as been signed?

Is the stadium part of the 106 agreement?

How do you arrive at  "a little short of investment"?

Because it's still for sale.

Looks like the proposed development is still a little short of investment.

From William Hill:-

Brexit in 2019 1/6
Before that 13/2
Not before 2020 13/2

Well after all the doom and gloom of Brexit yesterday's FT index finished on an eleven month high.  Explain that ???

Because 'Helicopter Money' is coming.

Do I get any? ;)

I guess it'll be distributed as a tax rebate to everybody at first. It'll be happening in Japan before the end of the year, we'll only be a year or so behind. While this as nothing to do with Brexit, it's the reason the stock market is rising.

Just after 10:30am

The FTSE100 is higher than this time last Friday.
The EUR/GBP is roughly where it was last Wednesday.
The GBP/USD is roughly where it was last Wednesday.

Both metals are up a little in $ & £ terms.

No big shakes...Looks like the remain campaign could HAVE been using scaremongering tactics.
